The Northern Illinois Small Business Association logo provides customer trust behind it that any NISBA business is licensed with a state government agency, has a certificate of insurance and that any reviews placed on the NISBA website are verified customers

我们的 NISBA Code represents sound advertising, selling and customer service practices/exerpiences that enhance customer trust and confidence in working with local businesses in Northern Illinois. To be accredited by NISBA a business or organization affirms that it meets and will abide by the following standards:
- Fulfill all licensing, 成键 and insurance requirements of applicable jurisdictions in **Northern Illinois; provide all license, 成键 & insurance (Workers Compensation, General Liability, Errors & Omissions and/or Workers Compensation etc) information upon application for NISBA accreditation; and provide periodic updates upon request of NISBA.
- Follow federal, state/provincial and local advertising laws.
- Make known all material facts in both written and verbal representations, remembering that misrepresentation may result not only from direct statements but by omitting or obscuring relevant facts.
- Fulfill contracts signed and agreements reached.
- Correcting any mistakes as quickly as possible.
- Promptly respond to all complaints forwarded by NISBA
- Make a good faith effort to resolve disputes, which includes mediation if requested by NISBA.
- Businesses will make best efforts to comply with industry standards for the protection and proper disposal of all sensitive data, both online and offline.
- Businesses agree to respect customer preferences regarding contact by telephone, fax and e-mail.:

*NISBA accreditation does not mean that the business’s products or services have been evaluated or endorsed by NISBA, or that NISBA has made a determination as to the business’ product quality or competency in performing services. Businesses are under no obligation to seek NISBA accreditation, and some businesses are not accredited because they have not sought NISBA accreditation.
